3 LinkedIn Profile Upgrades - in less than 5 minutes

1. Turn on Open to Work
   Click on your Profile and select the Open to Work button.
   **If you search is confidential, select “Choose who sees your open” and select Recruiters only.

2. Update your Headline
   Use direct language that tells exactly what you do. For example: “Business Development, Media” “Account Executive, Agency” “Art Director, Branding and Packaging”

3. Add Skills under the Experience section
   In the Experience section of your profile, select edit and +Skills under each role. Choose with tools, industry and certifications. Recruiters often search profiles based on these skills.
